Miray International, a Turkish cruise line operator established in 1996, began operating its own cruises in 2021. The company primarily targets guests from Eastern Europe and Central Asia, including markets such as Turkey, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
The current operational vessel for Miray International is the MV Gemini. This ship, with a capacity of 1,074 passengers, has a notable history, having sailed under various names for different cruise lines before joining Miray's fleet in 2019/2021.
For its 2024 and 2025 seasons, Miray International focuses on offering short, port-intensive cruises in the Eastern Mediterranean. These itineraries typically range from three to four nights and depart from ports such as Piraeus (Athens), Kusadasi, and Çeşme. Destinations on these voyages often include popular Greek Isles like:
- Mykonos
- Santorini
- Patmos
- Rhodes
- Syros
- Samos
- Leros
- Kos
Onboard the MV Gemini, guests can find various amenities and services, including international dining options, a swimming pool, a show lounge, and a spa. The cruise experience often features live music, disco, DJ performances, and family-friendly activities, including a kids' club.
It is noteworthy that Miray International also launched a highly publicized "Life at Sea" three-year world cruise concept, which was ultimately canceled shortly before its scheduled November 2023 departure, leading to significant refund issues for prospective passengers. Despite this, Miray International continues to operate its short Mediterranean cruise programs.
